Dancing On Ice's Chris Taylor has opened up about his new romance in a recent interview, four years after his split from Maura Higgins.
New romance
The former Love Islander, Chris Taylor, has moved on from his past relationship with Irish beauty Maura Higgins. He is now dating a mystery woman, who he revealed he met in Brighton.
Keeping it low-key
Chris shared that his new girlfriend had never seen him on TV before they started dating, which he prefers as it avoids any preconceptions about him. He mentioned that their relationship is in the early stages and he hasn't done a "soft launch" yet.
Past relationships
Chris appeared on Love Island in 2019 and again in 2024 for the All Stars version. After his first stint on the show, he struck up a relationship with Maura Higgins, which ended after a few months but they decided to remain friends.
Friendship over romance
In a statement announcing their split, Maura mentioned that there was no wrongdoing on either side and that they still deeply care for each other. They realized that they work better as friends than as a couple.

Aside from Maura, Chris has been linked to other reality stars like Demi Jones, Molly Smith, and Sophie Piper. He is currently a contestant on Dancing On Ice.
