NAGA Munchetty has spoken out following the huge amount of presenters that have decided to leave the BBC over the recent months.
The broadcaster has seen a number of presenters leave throughout the past year and go on to other channels.

Well known names have decided to leave the BBC to do other projects, such as Vanessa Feltz, Simon Mayo, Andrew Marr, Peter Crouch, Paul O’Grady and Sue Barker.
The BBC Breakfast host shared that the company is facing a challenging time right now.
Speaking out about this, Naga sternly said: “We’re going to lose brilliant journalists, I’m not talking about on air, that’s a fraction of it. It’s the group behind the scenes.”
When asked what she would if she were the director general of the BBC for a day, the host replied: “The obvious thing is more revenue to be able to keep more jobs.”
She added: “I’m not saying the DG hasn’t looked for money, everyone’s having to cut costs and it’s shame. But it’s reality.”
Long-serving journalist and news anchor Emily Mantis revealed recently that she and Jon Sopel will be joining Global to do a podcast on LBC radio.
As well as BBC Breakfast host, Dan Walker who announced he’s moving on to Channel 5 to present a flagship news programme.
The BBC host also touched on if her job is more challenging due to the scrutiny on social media, commenting that it’s more present than ever due to everybody watching online having opinions.
She shared: “People will pick up one small thing that you may or may not have said, and interpret it, and then it goes round.”
The host concluded: “Not that it stops me from doing my job.”
Naga first joined the BBC back in 2008 before becoming a lead presenter on BBC Breakfast in 2014.
