ALINA Pop is rushed to hospital next week in Coronation Street after a fire breaks out in her flat.
Here’s the lowdown on next week from the cobbles…
1. Hope breaks into Alina’s flat
Tyrone tries to make Hope feel included in the plans for the baby but she grows increasingly jealous and ends up stealing Alina’s keys as revenge.
Later, Alina insists she’s too tired to attend the drinks Tyrone has arranged at the hotel with his friends, but insists he goes.
Meanwhile, Fiz sends Hope to bed when she announces she hopes the new baby is never born.
The problem child sneaks out of the back door and lets herself into the salon flat to retrieve her dinosaur, assuming Alina is out at the drinks.
2. Alina is almost burned alive
Viewers will see Hope sneaks back into her bedroom as smoke starts to creep under Alina’s bedroom floor.
Tyrone gets a worrying call and arrives home to find Alina being loaded into an ambulance.
Hope watches from her bedroom window as Tyrone climbs into the ambulance with Alina.
Is Hope responsible for the fire?
3. Evelyn suspects Hope is guilty
Later in the week, when Alina has fully recovered, Fiz, Evelyn and Tyrone discuss the cause of the fire.
When the fire investigation officer tells Tyrone the fire was started by an aromatherapy candle, Alina is horrified.
Evelyn is suspicious when Hope asks if the person who started the fire will be in trouble and tells Fiz the youngster might know more than she’s letting on.
Fiz immediately jumps to Hope’s defence, but is the youngster guilty?
4. Alina blames Fiz for the fire
Later in the week, the police reveal that an accelerant was used to start the fire and that it’s being investigated as arson.
Alina is distressed when she realises her keys are missing and that someone could have broken into the flat.
It all kicks off when Tyrone finds Alina telling Craig that she thinks Fiz started the fire.

6. PC Brody shows his true colours
Back at the police station, Craig questions PC Brody about his handling of James’s arrest.
When PC Brody insists that black people are always overly sensitive, Craig is left shocked.
