The hit show sees members of the public being put through the SAS selection process.

There’s a major change in store for this year’s series
Overseeing the recruits is a team of ex-special forces elites from the UK and USA.
And fans don’t have to wait long for the new series as it’s coming very soon.
Channel 4 have confirmed the show returns on Monday 23 January at 9pm.
However, this year there’s a major change – 20 new recruits will challenge themselves to complete the punishing jungle phase of SAS Selection in Vietnam.
Directing Staff (DS) Rudy Reyes, Chris Oliver, Chief Instructor Billy Billingham and Foxy (Jason Fox) will return for the new series.
The Celeb Report recently revealed how show bosses are looking to change things up for the next series.
Producers plan to film in a sub-zero location – marking a change to the usual warmer climates the programme is filmed in.
Where that will be is yet to be agreed but a number of countries are being considered.
The contestants will be plunged into freezing temperatures and pushed closer to breaking point than ever before.
The Scottish Hebrides is the farthest north the series has ventured so far, before it then headed for the unforgiving terrain of Chile’s Andes mountains.
A TV insider said: “The team wants to switch it up by taking recruits to a country which is very, very cold.
“Just being able to exist in the sub-zero temperatures will be hard enough — never mind taking on the brutal tasks like ice-water plunges, snow treks and endurance challenges.
“They intend it to be the most hostile and unforgiving warfare environment yet.”
