After figuring out that Stephen had been trying to take advantage of his mother, Tim (portrayed by Joe Duttine) doesn’t hold back.
As mentioned above, Tim always suspected that Stephen was up to no good with Elaine (Paula Wilcox).
His suspicions were seemingly confirmed when Elaine realised Stephen was trying to make her seem in a low mental headspace and hellbent on ending her life.
Stephen’s lies unravelled with devastating consequences as a fight between him and Tim broke out.
ITV viewers have been convinced Elaine or Tim could be next on Stephen’s hit list but upcoming scenes will confirm the Weatherfield cab driver is edging closer to a the danger zone.
Coming up next week, Stephen is thrown out of his Redbank Appartment as Tim throws his belongings out of the window.
His sister Gail (Helen Worth) and niece Sarah Platt (Tina O’Brien) witness his predicament and try to help him collect his things.
In later scenes, Audrey Roberts (Sue Nicholls) suspects that Tim was the one to throw Stephen out and she asks him to double check with Elaine if that was even her own intention.
While Tim has figured out that Stephen was trying to take advantage of his mother, he has no idea that the troublesome character is more dangerous than initially expected.
Viewers of the Manchester-based program will know that Stephen is one of Corrie’s most ruthless serial killers with three murders under his belt.
Recent shots of actors Todd Boyce and Joe Duttine have hinted that Tim may figure out what Stephen has really been up to behind everyone’s backs.
But will Stephen really get the comeuppance he deserves?
