STRICTLY fans claim Tilly Ramsay has a crush on her dance partner Nikita Kuzman after sparks flew between them on last night’s launch show.
The TikTok star, 19, was delighted to land new pro Nikita, 23, and immediately viewers picked up on the chemistry between them.
One wrote on Twitter: “Tilly and Nikita really do look like boyfriend and girlfriend.”
Another posted: “Surely Tilly Ramsay and her partner will end up a couple! They even look like each other.”
The pair will kick off their debut show with a waltz, which was the dance Tilly was most excited to perform.
Ahead of the pairing, Tilly said: “I’m going to need them to be relatively patient. Someone that’s going to have fun and enjoy it with me.”
Her celebrity chef dad Gordon Ramsay berated Nikita over Facetime in an awkward introduction.
Gordon, whose famed for his cutting insults in the kitchen, said over the video call: “Congratulations – and good luck to you both.
He then added: “Nikita, can you do your shirt up? It’s a bit low.”
The dancing partners burst into awkward laughter before the social media star and young chef swiftly hung up and told him it was “time to go”.
As Tilly and Nikita sat down with co-host Claudia Winkleman, she joked the pro dancer should wear a “scarf and balaclava” to appease Gordon.
Luckily for the chef – he has little to worry about as Ukrainian-born Nikita already has a girlfriend, fellow dancer Nicole Wirt.
It comes days after Tilly admitted she “wasn’t scared” of the Strictly judges thanks to dad Gordon’s fiery temper.
She said: “I think I’ll take criticism from the judges pretty well. I do live with one of the harshest critics in my house, Dad, so I’m pretty used to that kind of stuff.
“Dad will be like, ‘Oh well I thought . . . ’ He’ll give his own criticism. But it’s all about learning and the whole process. You need criticism to learn.”
At 19, Tilly is the youngest competitor in the new series. In fact, she is one of the youngest in the show’s 17-year history.
