Strictly’s Jamie Laing jokes he will ‘marry’ Karen if he wins and ‘organise a parade where people will bow down to me’

STRICTLY’S Jamie Laing joked he will “marry” Karen Hauer if he wins and will “organise a parade where people will bow down to me”.

The Made In Chelsea star, 32, has big plans if he wins the final tonight.

Jamie – who has been in the dance off four times – says it will be the “best Christmas present” if they win.

But he also has some big plans, including a victory parade.

Asked what he will do when he wins Strictly at a press conference ahead of the final, the reality star said: “Marrying Karen.”

After a laugh, he said: “My real reaction, you know when you try and think about space? I can’t think about it because it’s too much.

The star said it would be ‘the best Christmas present’ if he won the show

“It would be the best Christmas present that I could give Karen and myself.

“I am also going to organise a parade and my parents and family are going to have to cheer me on, dressed as Hercules, and they’re all going to have to bow down to me.”

Jamie Laing and Karen Hauer professional partner are one of the four finalists, including HRVY and Janette Manrara, Bill Bailey and Oti Mabuse, and Maisie Smith and Gorka Marquez.

Jamie said way back in October that he would propose to his girlfriend Sophie Habboo live on Strictly if he made it to the final.

When asked whether he would propose after lifting the Glitterball trophy, Jamie told OK! magazine: “You know what? Maybe I should do that. When I lift the trophy I might propose to her at the same time.

“Honestly, she would be furious if I did it on the Strictly dance floor, on the TV. It would be her worst nightmare. So between us, I will propose to her when I win Strictly.”
