A Teen Mom fan account shared a screenshot of court documents relating to Kailyn‘s court date.
In the filing, the status of the case review is shown as “canceled”. Kailyn has not commented publicly on the latest reported development.
Back in October, The Celeb Report exclusively reported that Kailyn was arrested in September after “punching” Chris for cutting their son Lux’s hair without her permission.
The argument reportedly sparked up on September 4 during a custody exchange for three-year-old Lux.
“Christopher advised that on 9/04/2020… he was struck by his ex-girlfriend, Kailyn Lowry, several times with a closed fist,” the court papers read.
“Christopher stated that Kailyn and his mother had arranged to have a custodial swap for Lux Lowry at his residence.”
When Kailyn noticed Chris had given Lux a haircut, he claimed she “returned to the residence and started attacking him [and] punching him several times on the head and upper torso because she did not want the child’s hair cut.”
She was released on her own recognizance with no bail amount, as she agreed to appear to all scheduled court hearings.
A no-contact order was issued and the TV personality was ordered to have “no contact, direct or indirect” with Chris.
Kailyn pleaded not guilty to the charge at a court hearing last month.
She shares Lux, three, with Chris as well as six-month-old Creed, who she welcomed in July.
