FANS of religious drama The Chosen have all been left singing the praises of the streaming show following the show’s third season.
The programme which tells the life story of Jesus of Nazareth first debuted in December 2017.

Unique in its creation by producers, the series is largely crowdfunded by fans in order to help Angel Studios create the programme.
Unlike with many streaming shows, the programme has been licensed to platforms such as Netflix after its original creation.
The series therefore relies on audience support in order to help it to be a continued success.
It appears that fans have certainly been left more than impressed following the outcome of the latest series after they were left crying out for more at the end of its current eight episode run.
Writing about the show online, one fan declared: “#TheChosenNetflix a must watch.”
Another added: “The Chosen series is really really good. It’snot a cheesy Christian show.. it is really well done. Check it out.. season 1 is on Netflix… or download their app to watch all 3 seasons.”
Whilst a third sent a thank you to the show’s producers as they commented: “Thank you for allowing us to visualize and see the passion and emotion that we read in the scriptures. #TheChosen #Netflix #JesusChrist.”
As well as airing on streaming services, the latest edition of the show also received a traditional theatrical release in the US.

The hit show was created by American filmmaker Dallas Jenkins who focuses his work on faith-based media.
Across the seasons, the show follows life for people in the 1st century and revolves around Jesus and the numerous people with whom he comes into contact.
