Among the casualties, Sully, played by Kane 'Kano' Robinson, was also killed off.
The incident occurred after Sully murdered his former friend Dushane, portrayed by Ashley Walters. Following this brutal act, Sully went to visit his daughter to bid her farewell before going on the run. As he got into his car and chuckled to himself, thinking he had escaped, an unknown individual approached his vehicle and shot him through the window, instantly ending his life.

The unanswered questions of Top Boy's ending

It featured a riot at Summerhouse, where residents set police cars ablaze and wreaked havoc on the estate.
In the episode's climax, Dushane, desperately seeking his passport and cash to make his escape, was confronted by Sully, who accused him of lying about being aware of Jaq's drug theft. Kieron, the person Sully believed was lying, was then forcibly taken away in a van and never seen again, presumed dead.

Jaq arranged a meeting with Sully to return the stolen drugs, with Dushane planning to be present to ensure a smooth transaction. However, Dushane double-crossed Jaq, attacking her and stealing the heroin so he could pay off henchmen to help him flee to Turkey.
A shootout ensued between Sully and his allies against the henchmen hired by Dushane, resulting in the deaths of both henchmen. In the chaos, Sully managed to shoot Dushane in the side, gradually leading to his demise. Shortly after Dushane's heartfelt goodbye, Sully met his own demise at the hands of an anonymous gunman, bringing the series to its final conclusion.
