Adele Roberts set to join ITV's popular skating competition

Adele Roberts, known for her appearance on I'm A Celebrity, is reportedly in discussions to sign up for Dancing On Ice after her brave fight against bowel cancer. The former Radio 1 DJ left her long-term radio gig earlier this year and is eager to explore new opportunities. After being given the all-clear in 2022, she is determined to make the most out of life. Adele saw the opportunity to participate in Dancing On Ice as a fun experience and a chance to learn a new skill.

The show's representative plays coy

The Celeb Report reached out to a representative from Dancing On Ice, who did not confirm Adele's participation, stating that any names discussed are speculative until the official announcement is made.

Adele's journey and triumph over cancer

Adele, now 44, first appeared on reality TV in 2002 on Big Brother before establishing a broadcasting career. In 2019, she entered the I'm A Celebrity jungle but was the first to be voted out. In 2021, Adele shocked fans with the news of her bowel cancer diagnosis. She underwent surgery to remove her rectum and was fitted with a stoma, which she proudly displayed as she ran the London Marathon. Since then, she has had further surgery in the hopes of reversing her stoma and getting her colon working again. As of June 2022, Adele announced that she is cancer-free.

Love and laughter amidst recovery

Adele, who is in a relationship with Kate Holderness, recently purchased a new flat together. She jokingly mentioned that they have "no money left" after the purchase. However, Adele's upcoming participation on Dancing On Ice means that she won't have much time to settle into their new home.

Gogglebox's Stephen Lustig-Webb, comedian Lou Sanders, Made In Chelsea's Miles Nazaire, and EastEnders actor Ricky Norwood will also be hitting the ice. The Celeb Report has revealed that Ryan Thomas has signed up as well, although he has yet to be officially announced.

Dancing On Ice will be returning to ITV in January.
